LOGO DESIGN
In addition to designing all my own show logos, I also create logos for other people’s podcasts. It’s a fun challenge designing something eye-catching but not so busy that it’s unreadable when scaled down to the size of a thumbnail.
PORTRAIT ILLUSTRATION
My work has appeared in numerous outlets for clients such as the NBA, Harper Collins, ESPN, The American and Latin Grammy Awards, Estee Lauder, Forbes, Vibe, Popular Science, The Smithsonian, and Ad Week. In 2003, I designed all of the advertising art for comedian Margaret Cho’s “Revolution” tour. I was also the portrait artist for Time Out New York’s celebrity interview column, “Hot Seat”, for over five years.
POSTER DESIGN
The art of poster design has always been an interest of mine. I love the challenge of mixing illustration, color, and typography to create a dynamic, powerful piece of advertising, especially for movies.
